Notes:

After the war, James Fraser met and married Georgina McCulloch, who had also served in the war as a nurse, and had also been decorated by the King (George V) with the Royal Red Cross decoration and the 1914 Mons Star. James and Georgina were put in charge of the Tuxedo Winnipeg Military Hospital. During the second world war she was commandant of a women's service force at Guelph. She was presented to King George VI and Queen Elizabeth during their visit to Canada in 1939.

Georgina married James Johnston FRASER on 14 Oct 1918 in Ottawa, Ontario. James (son of John FRASER and Jane MCGILL) was born on 24 Jul 1875 in Chingacousy Twp., Peel Co.; died on 30 Mar 1939. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
