    (near Ingersoll) called Putnam General Store for a long time.

Will rest at the Seattle Funeral Home, Rattenbury St., Clinton, Ont. after 9:30 a.m. Sat. For service in the chapel at 3 p.m. Sat. Intermnet Colborne Cemetery.

    Clayton-Cox--A quiet wedding was solemnized at Clinton on February 24, when Mrs. Mattie Cox was united in marriage to Mr. Will Clayton of Putnam. Rev. Wilson officiated and Mrs. Sam Ruddick and Mrs. Wilson were witnesses.

    The funeral service will take place from his late residence, Eastwood, on Wednesday, Jan, 25th, services at 2:30 p.m. Interment in Hillview Cemetery, Woodstock.

    FUNDERAL OF A. CLAYDON

    The funeral of A. Claydon, Eastwood, who passed away in the Woodstock Hospital on Monday, was held from his late residence in Eastwood on Wednesday afternoon. Rev. G.A. Barnard of Innerkip had charge of the service and interment was made in the Hillview United Cemetery.

    The pallbearers were: Alfred Clark, Albert Clark, Walter Clark, George Clark, James Clark and Ernest Clark.
