1907 Oct 25, Cadillac - The Diggins hospital, the gift to Cadillac of Delos F Diggins, who died recently & his wife will have several manorial rooms & private rooms furnished. Mrs A W Cummer of Jacksonville, Fla., formerly of this city, will furnish a room to be known as the " Gerrish Room Arthur Gerrish Cummer of Jacksonville will furnish the "Ada Gerrish room. The Cummer Diggins company of this city will equip a room. Mrs Fred A Diggs of Cadillac will furnish a memorial room to be known as the Cummer room in honor of her parents, pioneers of this city.
