    • Hanson-Clayton Exchange Vows In City Church
Miss Karen Amelia Hanson, daughter of Judge and Mrs. Russell Hanson, 343 Rose Avenue, and Francis Alfred Clayton, son of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Clayton, 593 George Street, Woodstock, Ontario, Canada, exchanged nuptial vows in a 2 p.m. Saturday ceremony at Plymouth Congregational church.
The bridegroom, a graduate of the University of Wisonsin, will be continuing his education at Queen's university, Kingston, Ontario, Canada.

      South Hills Reception
A reception at South Hills followed the ceremony which was performed by the Rev. James Savides. White gladioli decorated the Church where wedding music was provided by Mrs. Edward Brandt and Mrs. Marian Simons. The bride chose her sister, Mrs. Frederik Jensen, as her matron of honor, with Mrs. George Crownhart, sister of the bride, Mrs. James Hanson, sister-in-law of the bride, and Miss Marjorie Clayton, sister of the bridegroom, as bridesmaids. The bridal gown of white Irish linen featured elbow length sleeves, a modified scoop neckline, and a chapel-trained skirt. Her waist-length veil of silk illusion was held by a crown of Irish linen. White stephanotis and pink
and white roses comprised the bride's flowers.

      Attendants' Gowns
Attendants' gowns of pink linen were highlighted by street-length skirts, short sleeves, and scoop necklines. Each carried a bouquet of green ivy.

Gerald Gepp served as best man and Richard Meyers, Dr. James Hanson, and John Kellogg were groomsmen. Ushering duties were performed by Frederik Jensen and George Crownhart.
