      . 1909 Nov 17, Girls be Careful: One day last wee, as Miss Cecil McGregor was running the Sewing Machine, her finger got caught in the needle which unfortunately broke off, necessitating medical assistance to withdraw the broke piece. On Monday of this week, Miss Irene Walker, while working in the millinery Department of D C Russell's store, ran a needle right through her hand. Fortunately it was not broke & was pulled out without any serious results.
