    • Anna was the daughter of John Kitchell (1839.1.2 - 1921.2.21) & Rachel Maria Wilson (1844-1919) of Palestine, Crawford County, Illinois. Both buried in Arlington Hill Cemetery, Bangor, MI.

      . Obituary Anna Kitchell-Hamilton:
      Anna Kitchell-Hamilton, wife of W. L. Hamilton, of Bangor, Mich., was born in Palestine, Ill., Sept. 5, 1878 & died August 25, 1928 at her home in Bangor.
      Her girlhood was spent in Palestine. On June 11, 1904 she was married to W. L. Hamilton. To this union was born one son, William Kitchell Hamilton, now aged 23, [b. 1905].
      About two years ago she was attacked by an almost incurable disease & despite the best of medical attention & a determined fight against it she steadily grew weaker & died at 5:45 p.m. Saturday afternoon, August 25.
      Funeral services were held from the Congregational Church in Bangor on Monday afternoon, Aug 27th. Burial at Arlington Hill, near the Hamilton home. - - -
