of the Twp. Gainsboro, Lincoln County, Upper Canada, to be buried in a decent Christian burial;
First I give my well beloved Son John Felker &
Daughter Christeen McGill all my Lands Lying & being in the Township of Gainsboro known by Lot 31 being the South End of Said Lot in Concession 5 to be Equally Divided between them their heirs & assigns forever.
Granddaughter Mary Felker all my bed & being & money & movables after my honest debs & funeral expenses paid to be put to use till her child Sarah comes of age 18. The said will have 1 bed & the interest. She is to have yearly to her use till the child Sarah comes to the age 18 hence, Sarah, is to come in full heirs of all.

Daniel Roy would is a brother-in-law (uncle?) to Elizabeth Felker Whitesell & indeed the Kennedy family of Erin are further inter-related to the Roszels.
