. 1909 Apr 29 - Mr Mrs Woodruff were hosts to the members of the Jolly Bunch last evening. Prize at cards was won by Harry Grow. Refreshments were served.

. 1910 Jan 14 - Oyster Supper enjoyment of the Pleasure Seeks, sleigh ride Thursday evening given by Harry Grow. Later in the evening the party returned to the Grow home with a very pleasant evening playing games.
. 1921 Nov 12 - Mrs Harry Grow, who was taken sick a week ago at her home on superior street, & has been very seriously ill, was removed to Mercy hospital this morning.
. 1921 Nov 14 The many friends ofMrs Harry Grow of Superior st. will be interested to learn that according to the latest report, her condition is considered favorable. Mrs. Grow unwent a very serious operation Sat. afternoon & although spending a very restless night she is reported as resting better today.

Obituary
. 1922 Jun 5 - Mrs Harry L Grow passed away this morning following along illness of intense suffering at her home. She had been bedridden 3 months. (As below, and:) Mrs Grow was Miss ora Eastman before her marriage to Mr Grow in 1898 in St. Joseph. He died 4 years ago in April 1918 & she successfully continued his business, The Grow Transfer Co. for 2 years.
. 1922 Jun 8 - Services for Late Mrs Harry Grow are impressive & beautiful, held Wed. from the home on Superior street. Rev A C Diefenbach, pastor of Church of the Good Samaritan of which she was a member.
The home was filled with scores of friends, who came to render their last showing of love of respect. Universally beloved, a woman with a marvelous character, a sunny disposition, an enthusiastic worker in the church, home & social life, a wonderfully tender & sympathetic mother & a true friends. Bears were all husbands of the Pleasure Seekers club.
Burial in Crystal Sprints. Out of town relatives: Mrs Elmer Empson of Farmingotn, Mich, Mrs Byron Banta of Breedsville, Mich., sisters; Mrs Myra Grow, mother of the late Harry Grow, Mrs Roy Bird of Chicago, Mr Mrs rank Grow, Eau Claire, Mr Mrs Thomas Olinger, Holland & 25 or 30 more distant relatives.
