Mrs. W. E. Kennedy Paralysis Victim
Mrs. W. E. Kennedy, manager of the Monteith Millinery, Benton Harbor, died last night at 6:30 at the home of Mrs. D. B. Kramer, of Brunson Avenue. Mrs. Kennedy was stricken with paralysis & only Monday night, & never regained consciousness. She was the wife of the late W. E. Kennedy, well known Benton Harbor jeweler.
Surviving her are 2 brothers, Frank & Fred Heath, of Plainwell, Mich., & a sister Mrs. Blackmore, of Bellingham, Washington.
Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the First Congregational church, Benton Harbor, conduct by the Rev. Paul Yourd. Burial will be in Morton Hill. The casket will be opened for friends at the Dean funeral home until noon Sunday, but will not be opened at the services.
