    • BIGGS, Jeff - Suddenly passed away at his residence on January 17, 2013 i n his 46th year. Beloved son of Joan Biggs (late Merle). Loving brother o f Ian Biggs and Scott Biggs (Susan Welsh). Dear uncle of Damian & Jordy B iggs. Jeff is survived by many aunts, uncles & cousins. Cremation has t aken place. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, J anuary 26, 2013 at the Christian Life Assembly, 484 Barrick Road Port C olborne. Arrangements entrusted to the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL , 1 79 Clarence Street, Port Colborne. If so desired memorial donations may b e made to Help a Child Smile.
