- Harry is the son of Olive Belle Skinner & Harry Isaac Eoff.
Harry Eoff, an engineer, was the son of Harry Eoff & Olive Belle Skinner, both natives of Ohio. His siblings were Leona M (Eoff) Vandyne & Eugene Andrew Eoff. Harry was raised in Marion County, West Virginia where his father was employed as a potter.
Harry married 1/ Newell Walker before 1934 & had children William Walker Eoff & Dalvin Keith Eoff born in Ohio. Their first child was Edith Eoff (stillborn 1931), b. in Ontario, Canada.
He married 2/ Bonnie E Woodward. Harry & Bonnie lived in Sebastopol, Sonoma County, California.

Harry Eoff, 60 former East Liverpool potter, died at Weston WV, Sat. following several years illness. Mr Eoff born New Matamoras, but res. E Liverpool for many years. A caster by trade, he works at local potteries, & in Mannington, WV. 13 years ago, when he entered sanitarium [ = industrial lung disease].
Veteran of Spanish Am. War, 8 Reg. Ohio National Guard. Survived by his widow Mrs. Olive Eoff, Cadmus st; 2 sons Harry Jr of Steubenville & Eugene Eoff, Baltimore, 1 dau. Mrs Alfred VanDyne, E Liverpool. Burial Riverview Cemetery.

. 1951 May 20 - Forestville volunteer firemen & wives gather at Rio Dell for semi annual dinner. Wm. Peterson & Harry Eoff were in charge of arrangements & Mr Mrs Eoff presented the department with a decorated birth cake.
. 1951 Sep 30 Hunting season at Madoc, mule deer & serial forked horn deer were targets. Lou Allred & Harry off of Forestville brought back a hefty 3 pointer when they returned for Modoc Sunday Night.
1951 Dec 30. Heavy rains throughout the Redwood Empire forced a temporary halt to all fishing activity. Harry Eoff of Forestville had the longest battle recored so far when he went round & found with a 10 pounder for almost 3 hours before it finally gave up.

. 1952 Jul 28. Probe Launched Were 2 Marin Men Rescued
Coast Guard omission are launching investigation into the thinking yesterday of a Sausalito fishing boat of Stinson Beach with 8 board. All were rescued by nearby fishing boat. Capt Henry Calre tried in vain to plug a six inch hole, then raced on deck to order his fisherman to don life jackets. He tied his radio but was unable to make himself hart because some guy with a more powerful set had the air jammed. Thank God the fog had lifted. Other boats are only a half a mile away but they couldn't hear the shouts of the sinking ship. On board were. Harry Eoff, 46y construction superintendent..
