      BURDICK - Suddenly at Strathmere Lodge, Strathroy on Friday, April 7, 2000, Dorothy Jean Burdick, formerly of Lobo Township, in her 76th year. Daughter of the late Clarence and Elizabeth (Hedley) Burdick and sister of Eleanor Richman and her husband Frank of Kitchener and sister-in-law of Jeanne Burdick of Stratford and Beth Burdick of London. Predeceased by brothers Stan (1985) and George (1988). Dorothy is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Resting at the Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy, where funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 11th at 3 p.m. with Mr. Jack Burghardt officiating. Interment in Strathroy Cemetery. Dorothy was a long time member of the Women's Institute and the U.C.W. of Vanneck United Church. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Vanneck United Church would be appreciated by the family. Funeral home visitation Monday, April 10th from 6-9 p.m.
