. Hannah married2:
James Seabrook & Hannah, his wife; Rebecca Borden being under age, represented by Joseph Borden; &Hannah Bowne, summoned to answer David Johnson & Mary, his wife. The former held in common lands at Crosswicks from Joseph Grover & Hannah, his wife, both lately deceased, amounting to about 800 acres; a partition of the property is demanded.
Hannah Bowne, being under age, was represented by her cousin James Grover.

- daughter Emily, land in Chesterfield, where Henry Weyman formerly lived, which was left me by my father;
- daughter Elizabeth Emily, I give all my rights inland joining the aforesaid, which was bought jointly by sisters Ann Mitchel, Arney Potts & myself, & to daughter Elizabeth Emily, 2 spoons & after her death, to her daughter Perthenia Emily;
- daughter, Amey Herbert, land in Chesterfield, give to me by my father, which he bought of John Pancoast, recourse being had to his Will & a quit-claim from my sisters & 2 spoons & after her death to her daughter Hannah Herbert.
- daughter Deborah Vandike, house & lot in Bordentown, which was left me by my father.
- son Jacob Lawrence, clock & after his death, to his son John & 2 spoons to be given to his son Christopher.
