  no children Owen & Ada were the last Tunks to live on L40 C1 and in 1966 the property was sold to Dora Reidinger. Wen and Ada leased the land back until 1971 for the sum of $50 per month while they were living in an apartment at 220 Commissioners Rs. W. Wen and Ada lived there until early 1980 when Owen suffered some small strokes and Ada who had lost a leg many years before was confined to a wheel chair. They both went into Sun Haven Nursing Home in Delaware until their deaths. They are buried in Thedford Baptist Cemetery.
