      1897 Jul 8 - Virginia News. Lyman Shepard, a well known Leesburg, red at Manassas Thursday night, aged about 47 years. His death was the result of bowel trouble, superinduced by the heat.
      Ref: Alexandria Gazette & Virginia Advance newspaper, published 1897 Jul 10.
