  • Notes 
    • Denis, along with several brothers and cousins, went to Shawano, Wisconsin to work as a Lumberrnan.
      Interestingly, Denis' cousin Jerry Ford married Abbie's sister.
      Den and Abbey moved back to Tyendinaga in 1881, where they farmed Con 5 Lot 31. Two more children were born to them in Canada.
      Both buried Marysville, their headstones marked simply 'Mother' and 'Father' near their daughter Mayme Callaghan Doyle.
