  Sarah is the daughter of Elizabeth Paxton & Ebenezer Doan. Sarah was chosen at age 9, along with 3 other little girls, to carry the Golden Globe of Peace to the top of the Sharon Temple of Peace in a special dedication ceremony at the completion of the building of the Temple in 1825.
