    • A gravestone inscription in the Old Churchyard, Ahoghill reads:
      "Erected in memory of Abraham McClure of Castletown who departed this life 2nd March 1855 aged 73 years. Also of hos son James McClure who departed this life 4th of April 1855 aged 33 years. Likewise his wife Mary McClure who departed this life 22 May 1864 aged 75 years. Also of Jane McClure who depd. this life 19th April 1868 aged 36 years. Also their son Abraham McClure who departed this life 22nd March 1893 aged 74 years."
