      1944 Jul 13th - McCutcheon CLAN HOLDS 7TH ANNUAL REUNION -
      the 7th annual gathering of the McCutcheon clan met at the home of Melvin McCutcheon, Lot 2 , Erin & Eramosa Townline.

      Baseball & horseshoes were the sports of the early time & the following is a list of winners of various races & contests:

Minutes of the last reunion were read & confirmed, 2 minutes silence was observed for 2 of the number who passed on during the year, namely, Hugh McCutcheon, Acton, & Peter W Currie, Caledon. Included in this connection also was a son of Clarence McCutcheon, B. C., who has been reported missing in war zones. [d. 1944, buried France.]
