The Petition of Paul Willcutt, that he has resided here for 3 years & upwards in York, & drew 400 Acres in said Township. The your Petitioner finding a great deal of business to be done in Town with a Team [i.e. horses], prays your Honor would be pleased to grant him a lot in Town, as he wished to build as soon as possible.
