- Alfred is the son of Regina Anderson & Ole M Rudd, both born in Norway.
. 1901 Jul 17 - Lodge Work at Burke, Burke, Idaho, Wed. Jul 17, Kootenai Tribe No. 3, J.O.R.M., have installed the following officers for the ensuing term: Prophet O. Nilson; sachem, Alfred Rudd. On July 20 this tribe will go to Superior, Mont., where they will meet their brother braves of that state, have a big hunt & hold a council of war in regard to the trespassing of pale faces on their reserves. Many of the bucks will be accompanied by their squaws & papooses.

Thurs. evening last, Empire Lodge, #34, Knights of Pythias, gave a public installation of officers; after the ceremonies a rand ball was given attended by one of the largest gatherings ever assembled in Burke. A very enjoyable time was the universal verdict. The following officers were installed… Alfred Rudd.

The concert given by the Catholic ladies of Burke for the purpose of raising funds for the erection of a church was well received & a decided financial success. Vocal & instrumental was excellently render: Taking part were: Alfred Rudd.
