Notes - . 1845 May 9. Ballinafad. A meeting was held for the purpose of appointing 3 trustees for the cemetery. A deed was drawn up between Nathaniel Roszell & his Wife Hannah, "in the Township of Erin, in the county of Waterloo, in the Wellington district, in the prince of Canada". The trustees were Obadiah Roy, Archibald Patterson & Jos Hilt. Witnesses present were Donald McMain & Arthur Thompson. The same of 5 shillings was paid for the land.
