    2. Details: Obituary Citation Text: WARDEN Gordon George Arthur 07/28/02 Warden Gordon George Arthur at the Grey Bruce Regional Health Centre, Owen Sound, on Sunday July 28, 2002. Gordon Warden of Southampton in his 80th year. Gordon was a Veteran of WWII., a member of the Queen's Own Rifles of Canada and a Normandy Veteran. Beloved husband of Dirkje "Dee" Warden (nee DeVaal) of Southampton. Dear father of George and his wife Gloria of Fonthill and Peter and his wife Marie-Claire of Haliburton. Proud grandfather of Eryn, Christopher and Anne-Marie. Also survived by 5 sisters, Jean Diebel, Evelyn Harris, Hazel Raynard, Joyce Wilson, Betty Warden and by 2 brothers, Ken and Jack, all of Niagara Falls. Predeceased by 1 brother and 1 sister. No visitation. A Time to Celebrate Gordon's life will be conducted in the Chapel of the Eagleson Funeral Home, Southampton, on Tuesday July 30, 2002 at 2pm. Cremation,Woodlawn Crematorium, Guelph.
