  Obituary. The funeral of the late Eunice Gordon, daughter of Mr Mrs Will Gordon of Eugenia whose death was announced last week, was held on Sunday, Dec 1 to Salem burial ground, after a service at Eugenia United Church. The service was conducted by Rev Mr Bamford, who paid a high tribute to the character of the departed young woman who was cut off in the bloom of her youth. She leaves to mourn her loss her father, mother, one brother, Earl at home; & 3 sisters – Lorene (Mrs Melbourne Phillips) of the 4th line, Artemesia; Hilda & Enid, who are still in the Hamilton hospital. Friends from a distance present at the funeral were: Mrs Victor Harding, Acton; Mr & Mrs O J Walker, Mr & Mrs W J Gibson, Cataract. The floral offerings were many & beautiful. The pall bears were Lewis Genoe, John Campbell, Duncan Williams, Charles Turner, Stanley Campbell & Albert Williams. - - -
