Rosalie was born September 26, 1918 at home on the family horse ranch southwest of Mortlach with Mrs. Brown as the midwife, to George and Emma Jones. Rosalie began her education at Edgehill School later attending Kalamazoo School. She loved playing ball and remained friends with her teammates throughout the years. She and her husband Bill Sr. enjoyed travelling with the Rowe and Kerr families. She spent many, many hours helping with the grandchildren and the great-grandchildren and she loved them all. She was a hairdresser by trade and had a shop in her basement where she was kept busy with the ladies in the community. She loved being at the lake, and fishing was a favorite pastime.
