  • Notes
    • John came to America in 1674 with his two sons John and Thomas.
They came to America on the Good Ship Charles captained by Bentony Eaton.
They arrived in Baltimore, Maryland in the Chesapeake Bay in the year 1674.

They settled in a small town in Maryland called Patapsco. It is located about 20 miles northwest of Baltimore. They lived in Patapsco for about 100 years. The Deadman's were "Tories" & loyal to the King of England.

In 1765 after living in Patapsco, Baltimore, Maryland for 100 years the Deadman property was confiscated because they refused to pledge allegiance to the newly formed government.
