    • Charles J is the son of Isaac Huver Lawrence and Mary Kersey.

      . During the 1920-40s, Charles & Catherine Lawrence operated a dairy farm. In early years, Charles owned & drove a pacer, Ben Mac. This horse won more than its share of races.
      Catherine in addition to raising a large family was active in community affairs. She was a past matron of the Eastern Star, past president & honorary treasurer of the Ladies Auxiliary to the Royal Canadian Legion & past president & life member of the United Church Women.
      Charles passed away on July 17, 1966 & Catherine passed away on Nov. 25, 1981. They were both in their 89 years at the time of their passing.
