      . 1892 Oct 29 - Quite a surprise was given a happy party of invited guests at the home of Mr Mrs Charles Teeter on Tues. evening. The assembled guests were led to believe, fo the usual social gather but when Rev Maveety stepped forward into position & was confronted by Will Teetzel & Miss Adella Sloan, properly supported, the company commenced to release the this was an affair of another color. The couple were soon made Man & wife, congratulations & feast followed & all had a merry time. Little Miss Gladys Moulton, of St. Joseph, was one of the ushers.
