  • Notes 
    • Lot, Concession 1 is on the western edge of Bloomfield.It runs north and south of Hwy 33 (Danforth Road) and is about where Matthie Road (which runs north to Hwy 62).
      Vincent Bowerman ( son of Thomas) recorded that his father fell sick on a trip back from Quebec (they were delivering wood staves). He made it to Trois Rivieres, then spent about 3 days in Montreal.
      He did not get better and they stopped at Kingston and he died there. The body was brought back to Picton, then buried in the family cemetery, overlooking West Lake on Hwy 33.
