    • Had an ice cream factory in Syracuse, IN and owned one of the first cars in the area. It had a steering rod/handle instead of a wheel, a chain drive to the rear axel, no top and just one seat. Harold Neff has a photo of this car (great-grandson of Lewis Neff), according to William Neff
