    Notes:

. 1914 Jan 12. Port Sanilac. Perhaps one of the best evidence that this part of the country is experiencing a decidedly open winter, was discovered by Herbert Phipps, of Carsonville, theater other day. While at work at the cemetery setting up 2 monuments he went to a flowing stream of water & there hopping about quite as thought it was early spring, was a big, lust frog.

. 1916 Aug 16, Herbert Phipps of Carsonville, called on friends in Croswell on Monday.
. 1919 Apr 5 - Herbert Phipps of Carsonville, was a guest of David Campbell, Thursday.
