    On Finch Avenue West at Yonge Street, The original lot belong to John Willson, Jur. 2 He divided the land to his 2 sons. By 1879 Egerton retained two plots of land between Yonge & Bathurst St. ( - likely the present Senlac Avenue.) This would have been between Willowdale P.O. & the Newtonbrook Post Office, a few streets to the north.

    The property on the west side of Egerton Willson was registered to his grandfather, Peter Lawrence.
