    Notes:

    In 1868 Catherine was married in Goderich, to an Alexander McKenzie.
    Shortly afterward she left with her husband for western Pennsylvania where the world's first oil boom was in full force.
    Not long after the 1881, Catherine with her husband and children moved back from Pennsylvania (the oil boom was over) to Alcona County, Michigan, where her parents and siblings were living.

    Catherine married Alexander S MCKENZIE on 7 Nov 1868 in Goderich, Huron, Ontario, Canada.
