Knowing of there certainty of death desires to put his world affairs in this Testament:
. bequeath to his Executors of such survivor with full power & authority to dispose in fee simple, to dispose in trust, sale out the said interest to be paid to my wife Janet annual or from the to time as may be collected for her support & the support maintain ace & education my children until they respectively arrive at the age of 21 years.
. if my said wife should be living after all my children arrive at the age of 21 & she remain my widow, the same to be paid annually to or the day or year of her marriage, to be paid in lieu are to be paid her Right of Dower.
. each of my children arrive at age of 21, one equal part of all my Estate to be divided equally;
