. 1922 Mar 16 - Word has been received from Hartfordthat Mr Mrs Freeman Hewitt are the parents of an 8.5 pound son. Mrs Hewitt was formerly Miss Icylena Osborne, of this city.

. 1927 Feb 18 -Two Winds High Prize - 12 Midnight Buncoites met a the home of Mr Mrs Alan Lewis on Edwards avenue Wed. evening. Four year old Leo Hewitt won the highest score & was accorded the special high price. Other winders were Freeman Hewitt, Mrs Wm Blakeman, Mrs Hewitt & Frank Ates. Mrs Lewis served a pot luck repast.
