- Grandparents Mary & Henry Catchpole lived in Guelph, Ontario - which was a large, thriving industrial town. So it is possible they Mary Ann Catchpole Patterson went to Guelph to have a better access to a doctor for the delivery of her children. But assuredly they would have lived on Richard's farm in West Garafraxa Township. As it was, a doctor live a few farms from Richard Patterson's farm.
Evidence for the death of Kenery Catchpole Patterson & Noah Patterson are:

& Mary Patterson & Phoebe, John & Caroline, all of Texas County.
Richard Patterson desires to provide the further support, maintenance & education of all such of these children, Elizabeth, Phoebe, Caroline & John Patterson or his now 3 surviving children.
