Obituary 1938 Jan 13 - Funeral services for Mrs S H Jones, 79, mother of Paul Jones, & Horace Jones of the Lyons News, & sister of John D Heinly, 706 East Third, will be held in Lyons this afternoon at 4 o'clock. Mrs Jones died early Tuesday morning after an illness of about a year. She was a pioneer of Rice county, coming with her parents, Mr & Mrs J R Heinly, to a farm southeast of Lyons in 1877. She was married to S H Jones, Lyons attorney, in 1881. Two daughters, Mary Alice Jones, Lyons, & Mrs C R Wakefield, Chicago, also survive. Ref: Hutchinson News. - - -
